Cancellation Charges for individual bookings

  • If cancelled 96 hours prior to the arrival date full refund will be processed. There will be 5% cancellation charges in case payment is done via Credit/debit card/UPI/Internet.
  • If cancelled within 48-72 hours prior to check-in date, then the amount would be kept as credit which can be utilized for future bookings until 1 month from the cancellation date for all the participating hotels of Ashodev. 14% Discount Will be provided For further booking with the same booking.
  • Cancellation within 24 hours before the check-in will attract one night retention charges.
  • The mentioned amount can be adjusted against future booking as per the applicable tariff for the amended date.

For Groups / Special Celebration Dates (24th, 25th, 30th & 31st of December & Long weekends)

  • 25% if cancelled forty five days in advance.
  • 50% if cancelled thirty days in advance.
  • 50% if few of the total booked rooms are cancelled.
  • 100% if cancelled fifteen days in advance or later.
  • Credit/Debit card cancellations will be charged 5% extra.

Confirmation/cancellation policy for weddings and large celebrations

  • 50% of the total billing has to be made at the time of the confirmation of the booking.
  • 50% of the total billing has to be made 90 days prior to event.
  • 50% of the total billing has to be made 60 days prior to event.
  • 50% of the total billing has to be made 30 days prior to event.
  • If not complied with the above, the booking can be cancelled.
  • Full clearance of bill at the time of check-out.

In case of any cancellation:

  • Total advance paid will be retained if cancelled anytime between 3 months and 1 month prior to the date.
  • 100% retention to be charged if cancelled 1 month prior to the date of event.

In case of any cancellation the GST of 18% on the advance will have to be retained as it is to be paid by us to the authorities by the 5th of the next month.

Note: Any postponement of the booking will be treated as a cancellation and will be governed by the Cancellation Policy.

A group booking is defined as :

  • Refunds only through cheque for bookings made by cash/cheque/bank transfer.
  • Refunds for bookings made through the website usually take 7-10 working days.
  • Credit/debit card/UPI/Internet Banking online refunds will only be made against credit/debit card bookings and usually take 15 working days.
  • The original receipt must be presented for processing the refund.
  • Credit/debit card/UPI/Internet Banking cancellations will be charged 5% extra.
